This has been the mildest winter I've seen in years and the onion plants that Jay ordered just arrived. Right now he's making a jig to help him poke through the plastic when he sets the plants. It was a backbreaking job last year so let's hope the new gadget works out.

I was surprised to see that the turnip survived the cool winter temps. Right now I'm happy with Cape Cod warming, are you?
